Now Hiring For Customer Service Position
We are looking to hire a new customer service person! We need someone that loves speaking with people and knows their way around a computer. No, we don't need you to be able to fix computers per se, but we do need you to be able to help people that sometimes don't know a whole lot about them. Here are a few details about the job description and requirements:- Answering the Phone - We need someone that is personable, empathetic and a problem solver that can help people when they call us.
- Answering Emails - In addition to the above, we need someone that can write well and provide responses that will help people when they e-mail.
- Help Out Where Needed - We may need you to help us test new features or run an errand or post to our facebook page or do some research on the web for us. The point is that we need someone that is willing to go the extra mile.
- Full-Time - This is a full time only position for our office in Jackson, MO. The hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Moved Into Our New Office
It's Finished! Well, almost. In true McQuade fashion, there are a few small things that probably won't get finished. It isn't a true project if you don't leave something undone at the end right?
We moved into an old building in downtown Jackson, MO that was built in 1908. We have to stick with the Vintage theme, so nothing new is allowed! Here's a picture of the outside of the building.
We removed some paint off the exposed brick in the back two offices (what a mess) and did some other various "sprucing up." I think it turned out nice. Here's a picture of Nate in his office:
And here's a picture of me (Micky) in my office. Jared is off this week, so we'll have to get a picture of him later. :)
By the way, a big thanks goes to my dad (Dan McQuade) and Nate for all the hard work on the building. It would not have turned out so nice without you all.

Just did a little more web site work for Jerry over at Trinity Auctions. They do auctions and estate sales in Central Florida. I think I've mentioned it before, but I like the design of their web site (we didn't do it). It is very clean and professional.
